| All the furniture that we offer warranty with 4-month period behavior. |
| Receipt of payment is a warranty card. |
| We do not serve the complaint without showing / telling receipt of payment. |
| If goods received are damaged because of the quality of the wood it will be repaired immediately if possible or will be taken back to Jepara for repair and will be sent back at no charge to send or if the damage severe it will be our compensation. |
| If goods received are damaged (scratched) because of factors impact upon delivery of the cargo in question will be fixed immediately because it includes the responsibility of the cargo. |
